It will only alter pre-lightened hair. If you have a balayage or baby light, and need to refresh the pre-lightened hair this service is for you. A demi-permanent hair color that delivers color, shine, and conditions to hair. Whether you are looking to refresh or tone color and enhance shine. This service can be used to get rid of unwanted tones. Comes with 2oz, any other color needed will be another add on. Wash and blowout included with this service.
