CANCELLATION POLICY

Any no shows or cancellations made the day of your appointment will be charged. Color services will be charged 50% of your reserved services - no exceptions. Haircuts & waxing will be charged 100% of your reserved services - no exceptions. If there is no credit card on file, I will send an invoice via email. If the invoice goes unfulfilled, reserving appointments will no longer be available to you. Please understand that last minute cancellations and no shows impact small businesses and makes it difficult to fill your appointment slow with such short notice.
